When I handed in my notice, there was this look of betrayal. Like I'd broken some unspoken contract. I almost felt guilty, until I remembered who got the job. A literal underperformer. Someone whose professionalism had been questioned more than once. Someone who showed up thirty minutes late to their interview. Fam, I would have been fired if I was 30mins late for a meeting with my Boss' Boss, never mind getting a Promotion for it. #BadManagers
