Subtitled sample of the sort of speech he became famous for during the 2020-2022 Ethiopian civil war. When speaking of Tigrayan rebel fighters, Daniel Kibret often called for soldiers to "erase these devils from the earth" and for using inciteful rhetoric at public events & on social media widely interpreted as calling for the eradication of the Tigrayan ethnic group as a whole. "They must be the last of their kind!" He said here at an event. The war killed hundreds of thousands.
