When you act as an individual you get isolated by the company and punished and there's virtually nothing anyone can—or will—do about it. This is not and should not be surprising. It's not good or right, but it is how things are. Get together with a group. Plan your actions. Plan your risks. Make sure everyone has buy-in and that you know what you are doing, and don't depend on non-group members to flock to your banner. You may be able to tell I have opinions about propaganda of the deed.
