Amazing to read about this journey. Many people at work ask me "who is asking to make this accessible" and I tell them that's the wrong question. I ask them "Why are we excluding people from using this?" I've never had to use a screen reader but I want to make software and documents for people who do. It's clear and well documented how we can make technology more usable for all.
