Not the Only One is a website that allows people to search over 11,400 Diversity, Equity and Inclusion articles, stories and quotes. If you don't enter in a search there are 9 items randomly selected to get you started. For more Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion solutions try the Practical Diversity and Inclusion website. You can also view the code at Not the Only One Organisation on Github
Want to start on something specific? Why not try:
System - which shows items on systemic discrimination
SideBySide - which shows the discrimination you can see when you put situations side by side
Career - which shows the discrimination around careers
Promotion - which shows the discrimination around promotions
Anglo - which shows the discrimination for non-Anglo people
Please note that many stories in the database are triggering. This is not an easy website to view.
Some volunteers were trying to deliver food and were attacked by the police, some were tackled to the ground with aggression. I heard the screams from upstairs 30 police officers on 4 volunteers that are just trying to help. To all the volunteers: PLEASE, PLEASE stay safe. 💔💔
