This is an example of how disabled folks come up with creative solutions. It comes from living in a society that isn't inclusive. It's not a skill people can learn in school or on the job. It comes from our lived experiences. Be intentional about hiring people with disabilities and providing them with the accessibility they require. Accessibility is no different than providing employees with desks, computers, phones, and supplies. It's an investment in your talent.
